Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events — including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or regulatory action — may result in temporary service interruption for which pkr90 shall not be held liable.
pkr90 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the pkr90 Privacy Policy in its entirety.
pkr90 collects personal data including but not limited to your name, mobile number, date of birth, and transaction history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and improvement of platform services. pkr90 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
